Just in case you received an item that was damaged in shipping...

Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain, or using super glue (E6000 is the best jewelry glue EVER) to reattach a stone.  However, if you feel your piece was damaged beyond repair, you have 5 days from the time your shipment is delivered to report any missing or damaged items.

Your name

Order number

A photo of the damaged piece


After the 5 day time period, NO refunds will be given.  No exchanges are allowed.
